White-label setup guide

Setting up your branded subdomain and managing clients.

VisibAI's Agency plan includes a fully white-labeled portal that runs on your own subdomain (e.g., audits.youragency.com). This guide walks you through the complete setup process.

Step 1: Create your organization

Go to Settings → Organizations → New Organization. Select "Agency" as the type, enter your agency name, and choose a subdomain. The subdomain will become youragency.getvisibai.com — you can also point a custom domain to it later.

Step 2: Add clients

From the Agency Portal, click "Add Client". Enter the client's business name, website URL, industry, and contact information. You can add up to 25 clients on the Agency plan.

Step 3: Configure competitors

For each client, add their known competitors. When you run audits, VisibAI will detect these competitors in AI responses and track them over time. You can add up to 10 competitors per client.

Step 4: Run audits

Click "Run audit" on any client to start a full AI visibility audit. The results appear in your agency dashboard with all data attributed to that client. You can run up to 50 audits per month.

Step 5: Generate proposals

Use the Proposal Generator to create client-ready emails or reports from audit data. Choose "Email" format for outreach or "Report" format for formal deliverables. Copy and send.

Managing your portal

The Agency Portal shows all clients in a unified view with scores, status indicators, and one-click access to individual dashboards. Use tags to organize clients by industry, priority, or status.
