Who we are
VisibAI is operated by Bianchi Web. We provide AI visibility audit services for websites. Data controller contact: privacy@getvisibai.com
What data we collect
We collect: (1) Data you provide — email address, website URL, business industry when running an audit or creating an account. Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never store card details. (2) Data we collect automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, collected via cookies and analytics. (3) Audit data — the website URL and industry you submit for analysis, stored to generate your report and power your dashboard. Never sold or shared with third parties.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Contract performance — processing your URL and email to deliver the audit report you requested. Legitimate interest — improving our service through anonymised analytics. Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw at any time).
Your GDPR rights
As an EU resident, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@getvisibai.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Audit results are stored for 12 months for Pro/Agency subscribers and 30 days for one-off purchases, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.
Third-party processors
Stripe — payment processing (GDPR compliant, EU data). Supabase — database hosting (EU region). Resend — transactional email. OpenAI / Perplexity — AI query processing (data not used for model training). Cloudflare — file storage and CDN.
International transfers
Some processors operate outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate data protection.
