Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using VisibAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of getvisibai.com.

Service description

VisibAI provides AI visibility audits that analyse how your website appears in AI-generated answers across major platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Bing Copilot. Reports are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific improvements in AI visibility as a result of following our recommendations.

Payments & refunds

One-off audits are charged at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time purchases if you are unsatisfied with your report. Contact hello@getvisibai.com to request a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: audit websites you do not own or have permission to analyse, resell reports without an Agency plan, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or submit false information to generate misleading reports.

Intellectual property

VisibAI and its content, features and functionality are owned by Bianchi Web and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your audit reports are yours to use as you wish. You may not reproduce or redistribute our platform or methodology without written permission.

Limitation of liability

VisibAI reports are provided "as is". We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not responsible for changes to AI platforms that affect your visibility after your audit was run.

Changes to service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy. If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
